What we collect
When you submit a form or use the chat, we collect the name, phone number, email, address, job details, photos and scheduling preferences you provide, plus basic technical data such as the page you submitted from, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and keep a service record. We do not sell your information.
Contact consent
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or calling us.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and are only visible to authorized Robe HVAC staff. They are used to understand the job and prepare an estimate.
Storage and deletion
Requests are stored in our secure database. To have your information deleted, email robeisdelh@gmail.com and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for a completed job record.
Analytics
If website analytics are enabled, aggregate visit data may be collected to understand which pages are useful. No analytics provider is enabled unless an ID is configured by the owner.
